Lose Weight in a Week: Soup Diet

Day Three
On the third day, you can eat fruits, vegetables and soup except potatoes.
Day Four
On this day, your diet must contain only bananas. More specifically you should eat a maximum of eight for the whole day. Of course, you can also eat as much soup as you want.
Day Five of Diet
On the fifth day, you can start eating fish or skinless chicken or around 30 ounces. About six tomatoes can also be consumed for the whole day. You must stick to water for your liquid needs and only eat the soup once today.
Saturday
You can only eat soup once on this day. Beef and vegetables will take over most of your diet while staying strictly away from baked potatoes. Make sure that you don’t eat any baked potatoes for today and stick only to a beef and vegetables diet.
Sunday
Brown rice and vegetables are would be your menu for the last day. Still, water will be your drink of choice.

However, you might first want to consult a doctor or nutritionist if you ever decide on going for the soup diet. Keep in mind that although it might sound easy, the soup diet restricts your normal eating habits. However, it’s sure that the diet will burn of the calories in just one week. I am really curious if this works…i’ve seen so many diets that have that yo yo effect, but as long as it is healthy and involves eating and not sturvation, it is worth trying.
